By accessing or using the OralSpares platform at oralspares.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including dental professionals, clinic staff, and laboratory partners.

2. Description of Service

OralSpares provides a digital case management platform for dental prosthetics. Our services include:

• Dental case submission and tracking for full arch reconstructions (All-on-4, All-on-6)
• 3D design approval workflows with real-time collaboration
• File management for STL files, clinical photographs, and design assets
• Real-time case status updates and notifications
• Communication tools between dental professionals and our laboratory team
• Temporary prosthesis coordination and final delivery management

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must register for an account and receive approval from OralSpares. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

4. Professional Responsibility

You represent that you are a licensed dental professional or authorized representative of a dental practice. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of case information submitted through the Platform
• Ensuring patient data shared through the Platform complies with applicable privacy laws
• Clinical decisions regarding prosthetic treatment plans and patient care
• Obtaining necessary patient consent for data sharing with our laboratory

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by OralSpares and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

You retain ownership of the case data, files, and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant OralSpares a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Platform to store or transmit unnecessary patient identifying information

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OralSpares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. OralSpares is a case management and laboratory service — all clinical decisions and patient care remain the responsibility of the treating dental professional.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain case data as required by applicable regulations and our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
